Our Principles
The Residents' Business Club is founded on the principles of integrity, discretion, mutual respect, and meaningful contribution. Every member is an ambassador of the Club and is expected to uphold these values in all interactions.
Member Expectations
- Respect & Professionalism: Treat every member, guest, and Club representative with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
- Discretion: What is shared within the Club stays within the Club. Confidential conversations and business discussions are not to be shared externally.
- Contribution: Members are encouraged to contribute positively — offering insights, mentorship, referrals, and support to fellow members.
- No Solicitation: Unsolicited mass promotion, hard-selling, or spamming of members via the portal or events is prohibited.
- Authenticity: Misrepresentation of identity, qualifications, or business credentials is grounds for immediate termination.
Prohibited Conduct
- Discrimination or harassment of any kind
- Sharing member contact details without consent
- Exploitation of the Club for unlawful purposes
- Public disparagement of the Club or its members
Enforcement
Violations will be reviewed by Club administration. Consequences may include written warning, temporary suspension, or permanent revocation of membership. All decisions are final.
