Membership to The Residents' Business Club by Duncan Private is by application and referral only. All applications are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of the Club. Membership may be revoked at any time for breach of these terms or conduct deemed detrimental to the Club's values.
Gold (Individual): R2,075 once-off registration fee plus R575 monthly. Platinum (Business): R2,750 once-off registration fee plus R1,250 monthly. Fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are processed automatically and are due on the membership anniversary date each month.
Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of all discussions, business information, and personal details shared within Club events and the Member Portal. Breach of confidentiality is grounds for immediate termination.
Members shall conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and professionalism at all times. The Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination, harassment, or conduct that undermines the exclusive, trusted environment we cultivate.
Duncan Private facilitates connections and events between members but is not responsible for any business transactions, agreements, or disputes arising between members. Membership is at-will and does not constitute a partnership or agency relationship with the Club.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of amended terms. Members will be notified of material changes via email.
